Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Inuka By Rose, we are committed to delivering high-quality fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.

Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Reasons for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the incorrect product

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange (in the case of a defective or damaged product):

  • Clear photo(s) of incorrect product(s) must be sent to the Inuka By Rose team
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation) must be provided
  • The item will be inspected upon return before approval of the exchange

To qualify for an exchange (in the case of an incorrect product):

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as received (including seals intact)
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation) must be provided
  • Clear photo(s) of incorrect product(s) must be sent to the Inuka By Rose team
  • The item will be inspected upon return before approval of the exchange

⚠️ Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email us at info@inukabyrose.co.za
  2. Include the following details:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
    • Your contact details and delivery address

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return & Replacement Process

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side, them we will be responsible 
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your replacement product
  • Replacements will only be shipped after the returned item has been received and approved
