Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed once a week (every Friday) after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

Estimated Delivery Times

• 5–7 business days for major cities (e.g. Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban)
• 7–10 business days for outlying areas
